這是一家超級給力的酒店，老闆一家是東北人，超級熱情，老闆娘很可愛很社牛，照顧客人面麵俱到，酒店離車站很近，走走頂多5分鐘🚶，如果要去滑雪，他們家還有免費裝備借，浴衣、滑雪服、褲子、鞋子、滑雪板🏂樣樣都有，客人要出發各種景點，熱情的帥哥還負責送達，包早飯還是比較方便，因為附近早上吃喝不太方便，就一家羅森，他們家的早飯偏中式，挺適閤中國人，如果需要包晚飯的話需要現場預訂，菜品不詳，老闆吃啥客人吃啥，屬於盲盒驚喜😄如果冬天過去滑雪、看猴子泡溫泉♨很推薦這家，作為南方小土豆還體驗了一把剷雪，玩雪的感覺超級治癒😄班味側底消散👋👋👋

I really enjoyed our stay. Close to the station. They had a free shuttle to the Snow Monkeys in the morning. The room was huge and very comfortable with a nice bathroom and separate toilet. Had a fridge with a freezer section. Had a small balcony. Large windows on too sides. Access to an onsen. Staff were lovely. Very nice place, I highly recommend.

東北一家經營的日式旅館。能中文溝通在日本住日式旅館還是不錯的。老闆人非常好。去志賀滑雪，晚上到的比較晚,沒有bus 進山了。所以住在這裡，一早座bus進山滑雪。酒店離湯田中車站很近幾分鐘的路。一直住這裡每天坐bus進山也是不錯選擇。怕早上起不來定的房間不帶早餐，但老闆娘執意送一份。

老闆娘一家人服務好客而且很熱情飯店位置方便鄰近車站及便利商店附近有許多好吃的餐廳都距離不遠早餐用餐時還能鳥瞰溫泉區的美景價格合理獨旅旅客推薦

Located just within 3min from Yudanaka station, Raki Onsenryokan is run by a Chinese family. As a quiet town on its own, no one was tending to the reception when I arrived, after ringing the bell, a lady came down to help with the check in - very straightforward. I believe the family stays in the same building as they said if we ever needed anything, we could just ring the bell at the reception. Obviously I had booked a room too big for a solo traveller as this was the only room left as "non-smoking". Toilet and sink are at two different parts of the room which was a little inconvenient. Ryokan offers free drive (15min) TO snow monkey park, but not return, so please cater at least 35min to walk from park exit to the bus stop. Ryokan also provided a hearty breakfast, overall for the price paid it was a decent stay!

ソラテラスに行く目的で、この宿を取りました。対応がとてもよく、素泊まりだったのに朝食をサービスしていただけました。本格的な中華料理が朝から食べれて良かったです。溫泉は、泉質もよくお肌がツルツルになりました。

Es war schlicht und ergreifend wirklich richtig gut. Der Service der Mitarbeiter war überragend nett und noch mehr als zuvorkommend. Mir wurde sogar der Koffer aufs Zimmer getragen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man erwarten konnte. Der Bahnhof und die Bushaltestelle sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Das öffentliche Bad ist leider eher nur naja aber der Rest war perfekt

近火車/大巴站，方便去志賀高原，但去澀溫泉街要徒步20分鐘。單人房面積相當大，內附馬桶/浴缸，也包早餐。老闆娘十分好客，有問必答，行程和住宿的安排都可以問問她，人多的話可以跟她商量接送，也有些滑雪裝備可以借用。住得十分滿意！！

酒店老闆是東北大姐，人很好，酒店房間很大，還可以晚上泡溫泉，放鬆疲憊的身體，提供各種溫馨服務，溝通無障礙，提供免費送滑雪場、地獄谷野猴公園等服務，免費提供各種滑雪裝備一應俱全，讓我們全家小孩非常開心的玩雪，留下了非常深刻的印象。

The rooms are great and spacious for traditional rooms. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. What's more, the ryokan is close to the station, which is really convenient. It's no fuss and really efficient. They have a bus to take you to Monkey Mountain as well as offering to lend us skis. Unfortunately, I injured my knee just beforehand so I wasn't able to take advantage of it, but it's a really rare service. We'd definitely recommend this hotel!
